… mix the conditioner with the activator instead of mixing the DYE in the activator.. and then have me sit for 20 minutes before realizing that the only thing happening to my grey roots is that they’re getting shiny and silky.

Actually.. I have no one to blame but myself because I did this… but I’m still fucking annoyed!!!
